The Brough family took over the pub in August 2015 and commenced refurbishment of the premises and preparations to reopen the restaurant.
Dave manages the family business and the bars and was joined fulltime by Amy Brough who manages front of house following a career U-turn after completing a law degree and teacher training. Daughters Emily and Katie also work in the restaurant part-time.
Luke Norfolk joined the team in October as Head Chef and takes responsibility for the design and creation of menus as well as management of the kitchen and kitchen staff.
Sous Chef Chris Carr, barman Anthony Gibson, and front of house staff Ellie Rough and Debbie Lambert provide invaluable support.
